Exit the building through the llama's side and head to the lower left, circular part of the ground. If you speak to the woman inside the building near the llama, she will reveal a crypt.
You will need to pet five llamas for the achievement Como Te Llama (pet five llamas). You should see LLAMA 1/5 near a building. Now head back to Unuratu's house (that cave that you went back to for the base camp and document). You should also sell your gold and emeralds. Look around for the female merchant selling a Knife Upgrade and buy it. Look in between and to the left and you'll see some orange buildings. We'll be focusing on the right side first, but before you head to the right side, we need to visit a merchant. If you open your map, you'll see that there is a river dividing the map. The Hidden City is the biggest area in Shadow of the Tomb Raider, so we're going to focus on searching one side of it first.
